Confidentiality and Privacy Notice

I am a registered Member of the BACP and I am legally bound to comply with their high standards.

I am also registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

• I only collect necessary data for the good practice of counselling.

• The data I collect are your name, address, email address and phone number, and your GP’s name and address.

• Before our first session, I will send you a Data Consent Contract with all the informations about the data I will hold on you.

• I do not and will not share any information with a third party for personal and commercial gain.

• Breaking confidentiality can only occur in three occasions: in order to protect you or someone else from serious harm or to comply with the law.

• You have a right to access your personal data.
